Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 2 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging.
An unboxing video is mandatory to process any return or exchange request.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
No restocking fee applies.

⚠️ Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages & Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with your unboxing video.
After verification, we will arrange an exchange or refund as per your preference.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale/discounted items
- Customized or altered products (if applicable)
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are shipped.
Cancellation requests can be made via email or WhatsApp.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be transferred to your bank account.
Processing time: up to 10 business days (excluding your bank’s processing time).
