Processing & Delivery Times

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Standard delivery time: 2–5 business days within Pakistan.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors (e.g., courier delays, weather, holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if available) once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Charges

  • We currently ship WORLDWIDE.
  • Standard shipping fees may apply based on the courier service and your location. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide.

Order Tracking

  • If tracking is available for your order, details will be provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If a package is returned to us for this reason, additional shipping charges may apply for resending.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages damaged or lost in transit. However, if this occurs, please contact us immediately at info@hayafabrics.com, and we will work with the courier service to resolve the issue.
